These minor differences do not affect your rights where a product is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Product availability is not guaranteed. We may discontinue products or limit quantities before an order is accepted.
6. SIZING AND FIT
Sizing and fit information is provided as guidance.
Customers should review the available product description and size information before ordering.
Where different sizes or product variants have different prices, the price for the selected variant will be displayed before checkout.
7. PRICES
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.
The price charged will be the price displayed for the selected product and variant when the order is submitted.
Applicable delivery charges and taxes will be displayed before the order is completed.
Prices, promotions and discounts may change at any time, but changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
8. PRICING AND WEBSITE ERRORS
We try to ensure that prices and product information are correct.

If payment has already been taken for an order that we cannot fulfil, the relevant amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Where an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount.
11. PAYMENT
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
Payments are processed by Shopify Payments or another authorised payment provider.
We do not normally receive or store your complete payment-card details.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
12. DELIVERY
We currently deliver only to destinations made available during checkout.
Available delivery services, estimated times and charges will be displayed before the order is completed.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
We will take reasonable steps to deliver orders within the stated timeframe. Where a delay occurs, we will provide information where reasonably possible.
Nothing in these Terms removes any legal rights you may have because of late or failed delivery.
13. DELIVERY ADDRESS
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Please contact us promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfilment.
We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by materially incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, although we will take reasonable steps to help resolve the issue.
Additional delivery costs may apply if an order must be sent again because an incorrect address was supplied.
14. RISK AND OWNERSHIP
Products remain at our risk until they are delivered to:
• You
• A person identified by you to receive the order
• A safe place or collection point expressly selected or authorised by you
Where you independently arrange a carrier that was not offered by us, risk may pass when the order is handed to that carrier.
Ownership of the products passes to you once we have received full payment and the products have been delivered.
15. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Your rights to cancel an order, return products and receive refunds are explained in our Refund and Returns Policy.
For most online purchases, UK customers have a legal right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the order, subject to applicable exceptions.
Our voluntary 30-day returns policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights.
Nothing in these Terms or our policies limits your rights where products are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
16. CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel an order.
We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been accepted, processed or dispatched.
This does not affect any statutory cancellation rights available to you.
17. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order after delivery.

• Faulty
• Damaged
• Incorrect
• Missing
• Not as described
Please include your order number and photographs where appropriate.
We will handle the issue in accordance with your statutory consumer rights and our Refund and Returns Policy.
18. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to separate conditions, including:
• Start and end dates
• Minimum spending requirements
• Product exclusions
• Customer or order limits
• Geographic restrictions
Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined.
We may refuse a discount where it has expired, does not meet its stated conditions or has been used fraudulently.
Any cancellation or change to a promotion will not affect an order already accepted using that promotion.

Where you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that:

• You own it or have permission to submit it
• It does not infringe another person’s rights

You retain ownership of your content.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and use that content in connection with operating, promoting and improving NAVARO.

We are not responsible for the content, security or availability of an independent third-party website, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
23. SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce technology used to operate the website, checkout and related services.
Purchases made through our store are made directly from the business operating NAVARO, not from Shopify.
Shopify and its authorised providers may process information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

25. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

This does not affect any contract already formed or any statutory rights you may have.
26. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including serious transport disruption, natural disasters, industrial action, widespread technology failures, government action or carrier disruption.

Changes will not normally apply retrospectively to orders accepted before the updated Terms took effect.
