SHIPPING POLICY

NAVARO currently ships to addresses within the United Kingdom.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are normally processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
During product launches, promotions or other busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. We will contact you if there is a significant delay affecting your order.
UK DELIVERY OPTIONS
Standard Delivery
• Cost: £4.99
• Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch
Express Delivery
• Cost: £6.99
• Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch
Free Standard Delivery
Free standard UK delivery is available on qualifying orders of £70 or more.
The free-delivery option will appear automatically at checkout when the order qualifies.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Delivery times are estimates and begin after the order has been dispatched.
Delivery may occasionally take longer because of courier delays, adverse weather, bank holidays, industrial action, incorrect address information or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will take reasonable steps to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe.
Unless another delivery period has been agreed with you, orders will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being formed.
ORDER TRACKING
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address or telephone number provided during checkout.
Tracking information may take some time to update after the parcel has been collected by the delivery provider.
DELIVERY ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Please check your delivery information carefully before completing checkout.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at navarostudios@gmail.com.
We will try to update the address, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer may cause delays or additional delivery charges. We will take reasonable steps to help resolve any delivery issue.
FAILED DELIVERY AND RETURNED PARCELS
If a delivery cannot be completed, the delivery provider may leave instructions, attempt another delivery or send the parcel to a local collection point.
If a parcel is returned to NAVARO because:
• The address provided was incorrect or incomplete
• Delivery was refused
• The parcel was not collected
• The delivery provider was unable to complete delivery
we will contact you to discuss redelivery or a refund.
Additional delivery charges may apply before the parcel can be sent again, unless the failed delivery was caused by NAVARO or the delivery provider.
MISSING PARCELS
If your tracking information shows that a parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
• Check around the delivery location
• Check with other members of your household
• Check with neighbours where appropriate
• Review any tracking photograph or delivery note
If the parcel is still missing, contact us at navarostudios@gmail.com with your order number.
NAVARO remains responsible for the order until it has been delivered to you, a person identified by you, or a safe place or collection point specifically authorised by you.
DAMAGED ORDERS
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If your parcel or product arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible at navarostudios@gmail.com.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the parcel and affected item
We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory rights.
DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS
We currently ship only to UK destinations available during checkout.
We do not currently offer international delivery.
Some remote or offshore locations may experience longer delivery times. Any available delivery options and charges will be displayed during checkout.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be completed after the order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
This does not affect any statutory cancellation rights that apply to your purchase.
