REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return under our voluntary 30-day policy, your item must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In its original condition
• Returned with all original tags attached
• Free from marks, odours, damage or signs of wear
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
You may try garments on indoors to assess their fit. If an item has been worn, washed, damaged or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, we may reduce your refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Starting a Return
To request a return, please email navarostudios@gmail.com and include:
• Your full name
• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return
We will provide the correct return address and instructions.
Please contact us before sending your return so that it is sent to the correct location. This does not affect your statutory cancellation rights.
Return Postage
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of postage. NAVARO cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, NAVARO will cover reasonable return postage costs.
UK Cancellation Rights
If you are purchasing as a consumer in the United Kingdom, you generally have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.
After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you must return the goods within a further 14 days.
Where these cancellation rights apply, we will refund the purchase price together with the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered at checkout. Any additional amount paid for express or upgraded delivery is not normally refundable.
Our voluntary 30-day return policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact navarostudios@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs where appropriate
Once we have reviewed your claim, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair or full refund where applicable.
Your statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are not affected by this policy.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept change-of-mind returns for:
• Gift cards
• Personalised or made-to-order items
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery
• Items returned without their original tags under our voluntary returns policy
These restrictions do not affect your legal rights where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
Sale Items
Sale items may be returned under the same conditions outlined in this policy unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Customers have the same statutory rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed sale items as they do for full-price items.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size or colour, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Where statutory cancellation rights apply, refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or acceptable evidence that they have been sent back.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or where the item was faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
